Tawasal platform provides individuals with the possibility of access to the platform using the accounts of a “Sanad” or creating an account using e-mail and password.
The platform also allows individuals to submit the requests of access to information forms from government agencies and to follow up on their requests, as well as to benefit of “At Your Service” (Bekhedmetkom) platform to make inquiries, complaints, suggestions and compliments related to government agencies.
