Objectives

In order to expand the jurisdiction of the Economic Chamber by increasing its value jurisdiction and including its jurisdiction in economic cases falling within the jurisdiction of all the Court's first instance courts, instead of limiting it to what falls within the jurisdiction of the Capital Governorate's first instance courts, and in light of the strategy's objectives, directions and policies for developing commercial justice, an amended draft law has been prepared.
