Objectives

In line with the royal directives and government modernization plans, and to authorize the use of electronic means in notary public transactions, giving them the same legal authority as paper transactions, and to establish a notary public department and unify the oversight, management, and control of notaries within the organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice. And to expand the territorial jurisdiction of notaries to include all governorates.
